Used 81" (2.06 m) Yankee tissue paper machine with the capacity 39 TPD, 30-60 gsm. Designed for toilet tissue and towel paper manufacturing. Design speed 500 m/min, speed at which unit was operated 360 – 400 m/min, depending on the weight of the product. Steam consumption is about 2.5 ton of steam/ton of paper. Motors and gearboxes are included. Yankee cylinder is made of the cast iron, Diameter 126" (3200 mm), Width 91" (2320 mm), Width of the drying surface is 86" (2200 mm), Maximum working pressure 4.5 bar, Drive 214 HP (160 kW). Four cylinders of the drying group have diameter 59" (1500 mm), width 90" (2300 mm), maximum working pressure 2.5 bar, the bottom cylinders are adapted to work with dryers, the upper cylinders have covers, in the caps the steamers are installed, maximum pressure 12 bar, 2 fans forcing the air. Vacuum system was made in 2014. Single roll press system with diameter 23" (600 mm), and 73 HP (55 kW) drive. Spare press rolls are included. Fourdriner made in 2009, length 287" (7300 mm), overall width 94" (2400 mm), drive 73 HP (55 kW), ceramic foils, ceramic cladding. Spare rolls included.
