Used 100mm Buss kneader with 9/1 L/D barrel. Driven by 200 hp DC motor, includes 5.94/1 gearbox, jacketed barrel and clam shell barrel opening. Includes operator control panel. Kneader will discharge into approximately 5" o.d. hot feed extruder with 7/1 L/D, jacketed barrel driven by 75 hp motor. Includes Used #6 Gala underwater pelletizer with 12.1 ECLNBF Gtala spin dryer. Extra new die plates available at additional cost.
The Buss line was last run on flexible PVC at 2000 lb/hr in August 2022.
