Shot blasted all mild steel parts and bead blasted all stainless external parts.
Overhauled gear-box with new bearings and seals with oil change.
Overhauled chopper assembly with new bearings and seals.
Serviced packed glands with new PTFE packing.
Fitted new flanged bearing on to shaft (non-drive end).
Re-gasketed chamber, access hatch and valve.
Spray painted in our paint booth facility.
Reassembled and test run.
