Sorema 2-Stage Extruder

Used Sorema 160mm two stage extruder L/D 33:1, suitable for processing PE, PP, PS. Previously ran with a 250 kW AC drive. Typically screw is ran at 100 rpm. Ceramic heater bands with fan assisted cooling on barrel. Feed throat measures approximately 180mm. Includes cram feeder. Was running at 1000kg P/H on HDPE and MDPE pipe regrinds. Filter screen diameter 250mm. Vacuum port is present but no vacuum pump included. 12 temperature zone control cabinet, hydraulic filter pack, Beringer 12V pelletizer unit complete with centrifugal dryer. Does not include motor and control panel. Recent barrel replacement with approximately 200 HRS service.
